   I also got hired right out of school with ADN. No, problems. I am planning on going back to further my education, but once you take Boards you are a nurse.

   Hi April, Well, it depends on your situation. If you have the time I would say go for the BSN. I started as an LVN and now am an RN, I am going back to school to hopefully get my MSN. I hope this helps. Good luck.
