    Are there no other family members that could help with care? Does your family member have insurance for placement? I'm sure your loved one does not want to see you lose your job. Consider FMLA. 13 weeks could help.

    Are you sure you are blacklisted? If so, who are you going to use for references? Maybe think outside the box. At 61, it is hard to stand on your feet for hours. Consider private duty. Also working for an insurance company. Good luck.

    YOU do not tell the board anything. You ask the board how to satisfy their requirement. In the US, 20 % of my studies was in OB. There were many questions on the NCLEX regarding OB.

    I started my shift by eyeballing my peeps. Needed to make sure they were okay. Then check their labs and vital signs. Then AM med pass with a full assessment . Worked for me for many years.

    A three year gap can cause problems in the future. Most employers won't even look at you. HR at the base knows this and are low balling you. Work the minimum hours. Check into getting your UK license while you do that.

    Float pool is extremely difficult. I did it with 25 years of experience and had a hard time. You have enough experience to get a remote job . Research insurance companies.
