    Well try to call the school and figure out. But if I were you I will stay away from such a school with high attrition rates. Apply to different programs as well.

    Prof, Your post will help answer most of Case Western applicants questions. Most of all future applicant will deem it very resourceful. On the other hand it's somewhat scary to notice that faulty members read our daily post.hmmm.

    I will recommend the quick reference to Critical Care by Diepenbrock. The neuro section is great. That book will help you alot in your whole ICU career. The best of luck.

  6. Shadowing will be very helpful. In addition it also depends on your career goals. Teaching hopsitals offer lots of learning opportunity especially during rounds. But you will need an eagle eye to spot those mistakes in the orders new residence write....

    hey go for it. You will have lots of opportunity than at the doc's office. Everyday spent at the hospital adds value to your experience and critical thinking skills. That alone will be an asset to your nursing career.

    The Kaplan courses can be very helpful. It depends on your budget.In addition get the Manhattan Gre for QC, ASA, Essay and Comprehension. You will get free 5 CAT to aid you in your practice. Good luck
