I had quite a good experience. My water broke just a little so my labor did not progress they started the antibiotics and potocin early the next morning. About an hour or so into the potocin the contractions started to me they were like sharp pains kinda like menstrual cramps but not bad. They told me I would not have her until 2 in the afternoon, but she came an hour and half after the potocin was started 3 pushes and it was done if they were all like that I would have alot more kids. I didn't need any pain killers after I had her the doctor said I delivered like a 2nd time mom I was lucky.

I know here in Northern Indiana nursing homes are in real need for CNAS and some will train and even pay you. I go to school with a woman who works at a nursing home and she make about 8.50 an hour and after being there a year she can become a QMA. I also go to school with a woman who works at the local hospital she is also a CNA and she makes a little over 9.00 and hour with shift differential and weekend pay. If you are interested in taking a CNA class I would check out http://www.ivytech.edu or call a local nursing home or hospital. Best of luck to you.

I did the same thing I got a 71 on that one. I took the test again I was told if there was a supervisor listed in the answer to go for that one I thought I was doing better but I got the same score 71 again.

I am going to school right now just finishing pre-reqs I have a 4 year old daughter. I am lucky I have my sister to help me out on the days I go to school past 5 she picks up my daughter from daycare. I found working too many hours interfered with my schooling so I went down to just weekends. It definitely helps having a support system. I hope you have one. Good luck to you.

Nike shox are the name of the shoes like the z-coils haven't tried either one but they definitely look interesting to say the least. If they really helped I would be willing to try them.

I started back to school in the summer taking 5 classes and working 32 hours a week on the third shift in an accounting office plus having to take care of my 4 year old I was lucky to have my parents to help me with her at night. I am now going into the spring semester taking 4 classes but luckily I only will be working 16 hours a week Saturday and Sunday so I can devote more time to studying and my daughter.

In a regards to a cc the one I am going to it has taken me a year to finish the pre-reqs by summer they will be done. Then I can apply for the program which is another 2 years if I get in after I apply if not add another year for an associate degree. My particular school only admits into the nursing program once a year. I am hoping by 2007 I will be done.

The NCLEX is the test you take for your license to practice nursing.
The NET test is a pre-admission test into a nursing program which has mathematics, reading comprehension. The school I go to requires the NET for the RN program and the PSB for the LPN program.

I am not sure if the same goes for a pulmonary embolism but I had 2 of those I was not given clot busters because it had been too long. I was started on heparin a full workup to see if I had a clotting disorders. The doctor told me with blood clots the heparin is used to prevent more clots but also so that the clot does not grow and then the body has time to break the clots down again I am not sure if it is the same when they go to the brain. I really hope your dad gets better I will be praying.
