   How did you get into Evolve? I keep logging on using my username and password I received via e-mail, but then it asks for a key under the licensing agreement before I can access any material...ahhh I am frustrated already!

   Tiara RN2010: I am using my insurance for mine. Most insurances will cover the physical/check-ups as long as it has been a full year since your last one. AmberFCCJ: I am only 5'2" so I was uncomfortable ordering online as well and am glad I didn't.....

   lwilsonjx: I think that the ID is for school purposes...you can have that done at ANY campus..I called and asked. The passport photo is going to be put on some kind of nametag for clinical settings or to go in our files..just a guess.
