   Sorry. Shoes are R CLOGZ LIGHT BY CHEROKEE that stopped my plantar fascitis pain, then I purchased SPIRA. I wore them all the time, never went barefoot. No reoccurence. GOOD LUCK!

   I have worn spira genesis running shoes for about 2 years. They provide the shock absorption and my feet and legs and back do not bother me at the end of a day. Make sure you get the ones with 3 springs inside. I would not wear anything else! Good lu...
