   Nothing, yet. Still "under review", but hopefully it will be soon... Looks like the first of the awards started last year around 7/22 with people continuing to be awarded through late August.

   I also heard 160% for last year on one of the conference calls, although some people reported differently on the forums. It varies every year, sometimes by quite a large margin, depending on who has applied.

   No report was needed from your lender for federal loans.. as long as you used the automatic tool that they provided. I already had that panic attack and called earlier this year...

   Agree... So frustrating. In the past few years, notifications have not started until July, primarily. But fingers crossed it will be sooner this year!

    Just as an FYI, according to the technical conference call this year, the lowest DTI awarded last year was 160% before the program ran out of money. The year prior to that, they actually made it to Tier 2 for funding, so it varies every year. From wh...

    Also got a credit check on 4/19 from CredCo. No change in status. Still says "under review"

    I agree with you shortsuzy87.... I have multiple loans through 3 lenders, and only the dates on one of my loans from each lender changed. -Lora 155%
