   Im in a assisted living I was suppose to get 5 days but ended up getting 6. Which wasnt enough. We have 50 residents but can have 70. Med pass is crazy takes darn near all day. But determined to get it down to 4 hours. You pretty much learn as you go...

    RN's have a hard time finding a job too just read some of these threads. Eventually jobs will want you to have your MSN because a BSN won't be good enough. So happy job hunting to you..
