   I am a transfer student at USF, I am currently in my 3rd semester (junior 1), and I never had to take these courses. I am on track to graduate in 6 semesters.

   I think i barely had above a 3.0, but I had volunteer experience as an EMT. I got in a year ago.

    repetition. these are your first exposures, it will become second nature when you see it every day.

    I second all of that. If you have never worked in a prehospital environment, it could be hard to transition. It is a different mindset. Obtaining your EMT-B will help with understanding the way things are done.

    Even if she does not need it, I would recommend it. Experience never hurts on college applications, or on resumes.
