   Yes it is the Ca's job but a good RN will help if they have time. I do not believe on doing it by yourself that is too much to ask especially at 11:15 and your shift ends at 11:30(that always happens!) Good luck!

   If you have a spouse that socks away alot of money than YES! But consider haow you would want to live. Even a few years as a nurse will get you alot more to play with!

   Get your CNA first to get pais more while in school for LPN. But keep going to school so you don't just settle. It will be hard trust me I have 3 kids.But it will end eventually

   Some hospitals around me have CNA'S that need phleb. But either way you can't go wrong with the class. If anything Phleb's usually get paid more and you can switch back and forth between job's to keep your skills up! Good luck!

   Hi I had the same problem. Don't do it by yourself. Find another CNA or RN to go in with you. I left alot of nights crying if they were frequent flyers but you learn to deal with it. Try to seperate yourself as much as possible....and good luck!

    Hi I work in a PACU and although not all the nurses love students. But a good nurse will always be willing to ans questions and teach you about the topic you are on. Otherwise I agree with the kill them with kindness and put on your poker face!
