   Please dont feel bad. It's really bad right now in finding a job for new grads. I felt the same way. Some hospitals have even closed of their new grad programs because they do not want to invest in new grads. Did you try applying to County Hospitals?...

   I started applying for jobs even before I took the NCLEX. New grads everywhere are having a hard time getting a position because of the current economy. You may have to apply to places further away from you location.

    I believe what you currently have is already sufficient. Your interview will weight a lot, so prepare well for that.
