   For those who are going to take the online course in Infection Control and Child Abuse, just visit www.elearnonline.net. It's the site recommended to me by NYSED. Once you're done with the exam, you can immediately download the certificate. So easy!

   Hi! I'm also an applicant from the Phils. I emailed NYSED regarding this matter and they said that I am not exempted. I have to take the child abuse and infection control coursework since it's part of their requirements.
