    I work in a small hospital as an lpn, and my base pay is $14.67 + $3.75 from 7pm to 11 pm, and $14.67+ $4.75 from 11pm to 7am, and an additional $1.50 per hour for weekends. Not too bad, but I can't wait to graduate w/ my rn.
