   I am a acute nurse and I also do same day surgery. I have also done c-sections in surgery for the last couple of years. Sometimes I have to be second nurse for vaginal deliveries.

   I have done; Same Day surgery, Surgery ( as a scrub nurse), Med Surge, Psyc., Acute and LTC of course. Now I am finishing a degree progarm as a NHP.

    I must agree, I graduated from Medical Careers Institute which is a accredited college. The credit hours are more then most 2 year programs.

    I have experienced some of that and find that though the challanges remain the same, the level of severity depends on the field. Acute nursing seems to have the least amount of BS in small hosp's.
