  11. Calling all new grads/new to the ICU starting Feb. 2013!!!!

Hey all. This may not be the proper thread, and I'm sorry in advance if I offend anyone. I've been an RN for almost a year now and eventually want to head to the ICU path. Does anyone know of any good ICU training programs (preferably in Northern Cal...

  13. WCU BSN program

A friend of mine goes to WCU and he likes the program. He's graduating in about 2 months, I believe. I personally wouldn't enroll myself in a school that has a ridiculously high tuition... for several reasons. 1. With a tough job market now, you don'...

Did you actually learn anything from taking the course? There's mix reviews about taking this sort of class... Thanks!
  15. How to properly measure intervals in an EKG

Do you average out the intervals or do you take just one PR interval (for instance) when calculating an accurate measurement? Unless it's appropriate to document a range (ie. 0.12-0.14). Thanks!
