    i think bank drafts are used for such payments... go to a bank and have your payment (in dollars) be made into a bank draft/cheque.. but different banks have different policies (e.g. you have to have an account in their bank)

    hi! is your passport the green one? anyway, as long as your passport is not expired and you have your signature there, you can use it for nclex. when i took nclex, my passport at that time was not machine readable too (green passport)... good luck on...
