    I also work 11-7,have been for years. I find it less hectic no MDs, visitors etc. but it also means less help.

    Hi. thank you for getting back to me. I can't seem to find out how to find my replies. I have been in Nursing since 1971, approx.11 years as a LPN and 20 Years as a RN. I seem like a new Nurse, I did not feel this way when I started as a Nurse. D52

    I am new at this. I am A RN in NH and just started working 11pm-7am in a rehab. Hospitial and I am having a hard time relaxing I feel that I am not doing things right HELP.
