    You know..those Rubics could be applied to nursing evaluations I think. Much better than what we have at some facilities and it would have the student better prepared for them too!

    I am currently out on temp disability as well. I'm tired, frustrated and whatever else comes along I guess..lol..but really, I too had to start some where. I'm hoping to get some rest if nothing else. Good luch eh?

    I loved the ED and the PACU as well I spent 10 yrs in both settings and have no regrets. I learned a lot and continue to learn on a daily basis. I hope u are enjoying your trip!!:)
