7. Extra pay for charge?

   We get an extra $1 at my hospital. So, do the math...that equals $8 for the 8 hour shift. I would pay them $10 a shift to not make me charge. For all the headaches and added responsibility, I think it should be more than 1 dollar.

   We do a lot of I & D's at my hospital during the off shifts. Butt puss is a really popular procedure. I think a lot of the I & D's can wait until the morning, but it is a learning facility so they get done overnight.
