    I don't know where you are located, but in our area - TEXAS, we still offer sign-on bonuses for 2-yr contracts (new grads included). Better relocate, than stay at home without a job.

    Thanks sunnycalifRN! I looked at Stanford's website. You are right, the hosp employees are not eligible for that kind of benefit. I am willing to relocate as long as we can avail of this benefit. I want to do it now while the kids are still young.
