   Hi all, I got a position at a Tele unit but some times it was referred to a step down unit. I thought it was was not the same. Can some one please tell me the exact difference though? Thanks so much:heartbeat

    Oops sorry, one more Question.. Is it 48 hours from the time you started taking it and started a few hours earlier or from when officially you were supposed to start taking it? Don't mean to drive you crazy.
