7. CNA hourly pay rate?

   In ohio, with zero experience, I started at $9/hr, but after the shift differential and Weekend differential I actually make almost $12/hr. I'm weekends only, so thats nice. =o)

   A lot of LTC facilities here provide PDA's to the Aides. They use them for charting throughout the day, I/O, BMs, etc. But they have to stay at the facility because its confidential info obviously. Our Nursing program at school REQUIRES we buy a Palm...
