   I took the ANCC FNP Cert today and PASSED!!! I used Fitzgerald CD's & Review Guide. I also reviewed Uphold & Graham Clinical Guidelines. HTH & Good Luck! (I didn't take any time off to study and have worked in peds level I for 4 years).
