   You still can go and pursue your masters. Two of my friends went to Douglas so I know that Douglas does not offer statistics or research courses which might be very useful when you go do your masters.

   Yes it is a good school in B.C. Even if it is a college, it offers Bachelor degree and lots of practicums. If you are not planning to do master's degree, it is a good school.

   CNO said they will make exceptions to those who failed the October exam. Which means, you can still apply for the Feb exam. It waas like that for October exam as well. My application arrived CNO later than the due day, but they still accepted mine.

    Cities around Toronto usually take one or two more days for the letter to go. Even within the same city, I got my ID letter one day later than my friend. So, you will believe your letter pretty soon too!

    You can only know your score plus the passing mark if you fail the exam. The letter will tell you both scores.
