   I am thankful for your replies. I am really hoping that our risk managment puts a stop to the radiologists wishes to not read the xrays and that they will work with us to validate us for tip location reads.

   Our readiologists are getting annoyed with us as we place our PICC's by flouro and we need a pretty quick read. We are all for reading our own tips to facilitate faster placements. Some days we are placing 6-7 PICC's and need to move along quickly....
