   I checked with the website of the Iowa Boards of Nursing. There seems to be no restrictions as when you graduated and how many times you can retake the boards for your RN. I am also in IL. Taking Boards next week and for the Iowa Licensure for my RN....

    Yes Hurst review makes it easier to study from for boards. Very important to study practice questions.

    It is a very good source to review from if you have troubles with reading things out. Follow what she preaches in the lectures, but also review test questions.
