    Does anyone have a form/workbook template they used to monitor medical case managment in long term residential care that can be converted into a report? I would appreciate any feedback. A lot of the links for Quality Improvement are disabled.

    I think the entire problem is FEAR. I too educate nurses and support staff; it's amazing how once you establish the expectations w/out the FEAR factor, things change. :)

    My CEO has a no abuse policy!!!! Amen to that.... It's not a perfect environment, managers are 'young' and could use a course in engagement of staff; however, no abuse is nice.
