   It's a normal feeling after the test, no matter how prepared you are. just to calm and ease your nerves, try PVT, believe, it works....

   I still believed knowing the disease process,(that way you can identify, which one you prioritize) know the effects/side-effects of the medications, and know the nursing process, and practice Q and A. I used Saunders book and Kaplan Q and A online.

   yes, it's true NCLEX is testing your knowledge to be a safe nurse. For me, to be a safe nurse is know the disease process, know nursing process, know the effects/side-effects of the medications, with that you'll never get lost... and then practice q ...

    yes, it really works, you can rely on it. i took my exam oct. 9, check pvt on the ff day, i got a message that it didn't pay me for cc section, now, i see my name on bon website with an rn followed by my rn#. praise god! yehey me, i'm already an rn:y...
