   I have about 25 mix and match top and bottoms and a few Christmas tops have about 6 jackets a few that match the pants. Line the pu and never were the same outfit more then 1 a month. When I do the laundry I put them to the right. Work from LT to RT....

   We also have bed alarms but we assessment tool are they a fall risk. Any falls in the last 6 months? If yes the we have a fall sheet and we chack on them every 15 mins. Not the best ideal. We have identified a possable problem Pt.
