    Don't read the passages, there is no way you can! Skim the passage for the answer to the question. In fact I would find it hard to believe you could answer all of the questions on the reading section period. I didn't and still did well.

    Watts and MOC do not charge more for out of state, I was a California resident when I moved back to NC and started Watts. Watts and MOC are considered private institutions, not state supported so everyone pays the same thing.
