   Hi again Susieok thanks for the info on areas. r.e beaches we are looking for clean beaches were we can swim etc. English beaches have a different beauty, IYSWIM. So its hard to be subjective on what we class as a 'good' beach and what others think.

   For me its lack of management!! I've been in my first post since Nov last year. Had a one part time manager since then. So the problem is bad practice bullying etc is allow to go on as there is no one to answer to!

    i try my best not to get them, my hair is in a bun and sprayed with hair spray so, is rock hard! also use tee tree oil around my hair line. still doesnt always work!
