   Update: I called the BON Ca today and explained to them my situation.. And they said that my Fiancee can take the NCLEX without a PI license.. Just provide them a letter of explanation and that's it.. Thanks for your help and time allnurses members.....

   It's only going to take about 3-7 months for the fiancee visa to be approved and by that time, my fiancee could be here in California this year. And for that reason, I don't want to wait next year for my fiancee to be here if NLE is not required here...
