   Yes, I heard of others doing it the way you did it at first and some have passed and some failed but when the went to take CPNE they had difficulty...it would benefit you to use study guide, studygroup notes, and if you wish purchasing a NCLEX review...

    You may want to try EBAY, AMAZON, Barnes and Noble for some audio tapes. I found it is best to use the EC study guide, practice tests, studygroup101. I have also purchased Saunders NCLEX review book to do some questioning and all sources have helped....
