   The cut off for the traditional program was a 3.8 for acceptance for fall 2008/2009. At the time I called the Nursing Office the acclerated program hadn't been decided. I don't think the cut off GPA has been announced for this coming 2009/2010 class...

   They still have the lottery in place. I wanted to attend a program that offered clinicals at what I consider to be the best teaching/learning hospitals. Thanks for the reply!!!!!

   OCC does have priority registration, but just based on the number of credits you have not if they all come from OCC. I transferred to OCC with 35 credits from WSU (Accounting credits) and I was able to register first for my science classes.

    Damsel is right when she says the program is challenging and very competitive.. Study hard in those pre-reqs and try for A's in every class.. Also, you get 3 chances to pass the MPT.

    You can take the math proficieny anytime you want... You should take it close to the semester before your application deadline... I took it and missed by one point, you can only get 5 wrong, I got 6 wrong.. its pretty easy basic, basic, basic, math.....

    Yes.. Lat semester the cut off was a 3.8.. All Nursing programs are competitive, bring your A game to every class.

    Logan you may want to wait to take your CPR class until you receive your HAPPY letter. In the info meeting Mrs. N said that it cannot be 30 days older than when you were accepted... Hope that sheds some light...
