   I usually read the text before class then studied my notes. I always refer back to my text for any help or concerns i had. Also I made a new set of notes from the class notes and the text book, this way I knew that I had covered all the information....

   good luck! the day before i got a massage..lol it actually really calmed me down. i practiced some questions about 200, then went to bed early. i got up early brought a bottle of water and a snack. i was only there for 2hrs so i never used them ...
