    every single day. I am not only a nurse at a icf facility i am also one of the house managers. Been only about a month in the HM position. Needless to say part of my nursing has suffered which i brought to our area supervisors attention yesterday....

    The way I see it is this....you know what they say about opinions...lol I've been a LTC nurse and Nurse aide and am also an EMT. Luckily, I haven't run into an EMT who thinks this..that I know of.

    A bruise due to a cath? I don't think so. I have done many cath's and have never left a bruise; nor has anyone else I know. Like the previous post said...trust your gut. Something's not right.
