    From Long Island, NY. It was okay. I was satisfied with it. I would have liked to learned more about pharmacology and pathophysiology, but most RN-BSN programs I looked at did not offer those type of classes.

    I did the online RN-BSN. The curriculum was pretty basic. They have their semesters divided into two 8 week semesters instead of one 16 week long semester. I was able to finish the program less than a year and a half.

    I was just wondering if anyone has seen D5W administered to patients with diabetes? I saw this the other day and asked the nurse why. She is a LPN and told me "maybe her sodium is too high?". How does D5W lower sodium levels????
