   I am on OPT right now with one year's working permit but I was told that the quota is going to open on March and I don't know if it;s true or if I will get in in that limited quota???? Thanks

   Does anybody know about the quota system for foreign RNs and when does it open?????? I just got my RN license and whenever I apply for the hospital they say there is a retrogation and they can only hire me after the quota opens ...I don't know what' ...
