Nurses General Nursing

I will be moving to Lincoln Park once I graduate. I am unfamilair with Chicago hospitals. So far I have heard of Cook County, Rush, Northwestern, UIC, Evanston and Children's. If you work at any of these hospitals can you please give me your input? You can also suggest any hospitals I might be unaware of. Thank you!

Specializes in OB, M/S, ICU, Neurosciences.

Here are some names of other hospitals in the Lincoln Park area:

Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center

Grant Hospital

St. Joseph's Hospital

What area of nursing are you interested in? What kind of facility would you like to work in (i.e.--teaching/non-teaching, size of hospital, trauma center, etc.)? If you would like more information, please let me know--I would be happy to help smile.gif

I would like to start out in an ICU environment in a large teaching hospital. I feel that would give me the best experience as a new grad.
