    I think a lot of people go through this. It takes mistakes to learn things....hopefully not critical mistakes:eek:. I heard that new nurses take a couple years+ to develop their rhythm. I start a new job soon in neuro and am a little freaked about it...

    I've used meditech and it is a pretty basic program. The hospitals should orient you on the use of the system. I was a little confused at the orientation at first but once I started using it at work, it was simple.
