  10. Welcome nurses from Massachusetts!

Another Mass native saying hi :) I just started my RN program in August and love it so far. I'm going to Brockton Hospital School of Nursing (in Brockton, of course). They have an excellent NCLEX pass rate so I'm sure I'm going to learn everything I ...

Hi everyone. My name is Stef (obviously, lol) and I'm married with 3 children. We live in southeastern Mass and I'm in week 10 of my first semester of school. It's a hospital based school and so far I've learned a TON! We start clinicals on Saturday ...

I start clinicals on Saturday and we've been taught to count the radial for 30 seconds and then keep your hand on the wrist like you are still counting but count the respirations. That way the pt dosen't know you're counting their breaths and will be...
