   lol Rndiver82 it is a hospital in NY, I would move closer but my eldest just started high school and we love the school district. Maybe after I get my experience in I can make that transition to move closer to new york and go back to a NY hospital...

   Thank you for the response, I think I should it is invaluable I think the experience in the ER is worth more than the money I don;t know why I am second guessing this decision.

    It's different, the exams are not as hard as they used to but 232 is still complex lots of work.
