   Yeah, I've seen a dozen or so SP's in the home and sure, we did the routine changes. The only time that it's really done outpatient is for the first few changes after the original establishment of the SP.

   Yeah, I know that's a lousy location for dressings. Have you considered xenaderm? Beyond wound care, do you have her on an air cushion of some sort? Pressure relief exercises? Nutrition? Just some food for thought.
