altomga has 26 years experience as a ADN, BSN, MSN, DNP, RN, APRN and specializes in Interventional Pain Mgmt NP; Prior ICU and L/D RN.


Worked in the nursing field for 24 years; got my ADN in 1998. Recent (2nd time) graduate from UAB with my DNP and also obtained by Clinical Nurse Educator Certificate! Have been working as a Nurse Practitioner (WHNP, AGNP) since 2014.  Prior to that I was a RN in the TICU, NSICU, SICU, SICU, MICU, MIU, and high risk Labor and delivery units.
