I just read your post, what a horror story! Im not sure if this is helpful, but your might want to start by looking regularly on Craigslist.com under health, for RN positions which post daily, and then emailing your resume in. At this website, whic...

I don't think PAs even have to deal with insurance since they're work directly with physicians. I don't believe they are independant. NPs on the other hand are independent (short of a doctor's agreement), therefore they have to deal with insurance ...

i found it...i'm using the 3rd ed. using the cd, if you first click on exam/study mode, then content area, then category-prioritization& delegation you can take a full-length 100 question exam just on this topic alone.
I have the saunders book and cd and I only found one quiz on prioritization and delegation that only had 10 practice questions. Are there more of these questions on the cd?, if so, under what section would i find them?
Yes, I noticed it; esp the critical thinking questions. Maybe because it only serves to reinforce other info just incase nclex ask questions outside of those focused on the pp.
I also have been waiting to read what other who have already taken the nclex have to say about focusing mainly on the PP in saunders. I am studying saunders. I first take the exam, then focus on the pp regardless if i score 75% or not.

Stay positive. I agree with the previous comment, just because you didnt answer the last few questions correctly doesnt mean you failed. What counts it how you did overall. Remember almost everyone walks away feeling as if they failed.
