   I just graduated LPN-RN school. My current employer pays new grads $31 an hour. Good luck finding jobs out there. If I wasnt already employed as an LPN for two years they would not have hired me as a new Grad.

   I only studied for 5 weeks. I used robs DVDs and sheri taylors online workshop for 3 weeks! Passed the cpne on my first try. Know your critical elements!!! Stay calm and dont let your nerves get you! Good luck

    Tasha, Have you tried using saunders NCLEX review to study? I too, failed LS3 twice! The third time I started from the beging of the study guide and used Saunders. I passed! You can do this! Keep your head up! Dont give up now
