    Most of these dilaudid orders are give dilaudid IVP 4mg q 1 hr or maybe q2 hr. This is ridiculous !!! That means in my 12/hr shift i am giving this pt 48mg of dilaudid I just think this is crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
