   The only way an LPN can make that kind of pay in my neck of the woods is if you work through an agency. In nursing Homes is the next best @$13 an hour for 10 years of experience.

   I worked in LTC for 13 yrs and I know exactly how you feel. I have downgraded to retirement homes. It's less stressful even though it's less pay where I live.
