   Hey The nurses of Indiana really need to stick together, don't you think??? I know I could use some support. . . . . . I am new to Indiana but the stress of being a nurse is anywhere!!!!! I just would love to get together and talk more on this board...

   It would definately be the nurse/patient ratio. It needs to be lowered, but the bottom line is $$. Also more respect for the doctors.

   I want to work mother baby so bad I can't stand it, but anywhere I apply they only have night opening. I can't do nights!!! I have a 1 year old. So daycare arrangements would be a nightmare. . . . . So does that mean I should just give up on that ...
