   We get a raise every year. I'm leaving in 6 weeks anyway for something new and exciting. I was getting bored. The kids are stable and it's more like babysitting with some nursing thrown in.

   I do home health for pediatrics and typically have between 6-10hr shifts. Base pay is $27/h but there's differential for evenings/nights/weekends.
